How We Met

We're so excited to celebrate with you in Cancun!
As we start our next chapter together, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for.
For those wishing to give a gift, we’ve created this Honeymoon Fund to help us make the most of our first adventure as newlyweds. Instead of traditional household items, we’re dreaming of unforgettable experiences — like sunset dinners, snorkeling excursions, and a few indulgent moments along the way.
We’ve broken our honeymoon dreams into individual gifts so you can be part of the memories we’ll treasure forever. Thank you for helping us start our marriage with adventure, connection, and joy.

We’re excited to share that we’ve secured a special room block for our wedding at Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, valid from November 8th to November 12th. Please note the following:
-Minimum Stay: A stay of at least three nights (for example, November 8th through November 11th) is required to receive our special group rates.
-Extended Stay: You can extend these special rates for up to three additional nights (after November 12th) if you’d like to spend more time enjoying Cancun.

-Early Arrival:
No Availability at Royalton Splash Before Nov 8th: Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun is fully booked before November 8th.

-Other Hotel Options (FOR EARLY ARRIVAL ONLY): If you would like to arrive earlier, you can book a room at a nearby resort such as Dreams Natura Resort & Spa. Because of high demand during this season, we recommend booking at least 90 days in advance.

-Alternative Accommodations:
If you decide not to book at Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun using our special rate, please note you will be subject to a daily fee to access the resort as a per diem guest. We highly encourage you to stay within our room block to avoid extra fees and ensure a seamless wedding experience.

Local Recommendations: If you need help planning your early arrival or have any questions about the area, our wedding planner, Cristina, has fantastic local insights and is happy to assist.

Book your flight to Cancun International Airport.

Many airlines from the USA and Latin America have direct flights from the most important capitals/cities to Cancun International Airport.

Make sure you have all the documents you need to bring for Customs and Immigration. For tourists coming from the USA and Europe, only a valid passport is needed to come to Mexico. Here we are sharing a few websites to learn more about the documents and things you need to know before traveling to Mexico.

We recommend booking your transportation beforehand for two reasons:

*Taking a taxi from the airport could be expensive compared to transportation booked in advance.

*You will save time and your transportation will be ready waiting for you after finishing Inmigration and Customs procedures.

Guest Dress Code – Cancun Wedding at 5 PM (Sunset Ceremony): • Location is not on the beach – this is an elegant, formal celebration • Warm-weather formal attire requested
For Men: • Full suit required (lightweight fabrics like linen blends, tropical wool, or cotton) • Dress shirt (collared, long-sleeved, tucked in) • Tie encouraged but optional • Dress shoes only – loafers, oxfords, or lace-ups • No short sleeves, sandals, sneakers, or casual pants
Recommended Men’s Colors: • Dusty navy, slate, charcoal, taupe, olive, or muted jewel tones
For Women: • Midi or full-length cocktail dresses, formal jumpsuits, or dressy two-piece sets • Fabrics: chiffon, crepe, satin, silk blends (no casual cotton or sheer cover-ups) • Heels or dressy flats with a back – block heels or pumps preferred • No flip-flops, beach sandals, or ultra-casual flats
Recommended Women’s Colors: • Emerald, rust, deep rose, gold, navy, or elegant florals
Overall: • No beachwear, no denim, no casual fabrics • Dress to celebrate – sunset elegance with a refined, festive feel
